Time To Review Your Commercial Cleaning Contract!!!

Many of my customers have been taking advantage of the opportunity to have me come in and do a complimentary walk through to review their current cleaning contract. In an industry where an average to less than average clean is the norm I am asking you not to accept it any longer. I have found two companies who have proven to do an above average clean and depending on your budget and facility demands I will recommend the company who best provides a solution to your needs.

Website Design for Small Businesses

Website is your business card

The business world has changed. Ten years ago small businesses were just introducing websites as part of their marketing. Today, your website is as basic a need as having a business card. It is a representation of your business but also a tool to help potential customers find you and is usually the place where they make a decision whether or not to do business with you.

Do It Yourself Websites

Turn on the TV and you will be flooded with commercials telling you how easy it is to build your website in minutes for free. It is true that a site can be live within minutes.  But how effective or professional is that website going to look?  Will it be an accurate representation of your business?  Will it have all of the right information? Will it be easy to navigate? Will it be as unique as your business? Will it match the rest of your company’s branding and marketing?

Time

As a small business owner, your time is valuable and in short supply. Most business owners are heavily involved in every aspect of their business.  It is only obvious that your time has to be spent in the most important aspects of running your business, and that is usually in driving sales, developing relationships, and growing your sales. Though your website is a sales and marketing tool that is essential to driving growth, building that site is probably not the best use of your time as it takes an expert hours to build site–and that is with knowledge in how it is done.  By hiring a website designer/developer, you free up your time to focus on the more important aspects of your site: the Calls-To-Action and content.

Expertise

Your expertise is in your business and it probably took you many hours, if not years, to learn the tools and skills of your trade. You have developed a library of industry knowledge and know the ins and outs of your business. That information and your intimate knowledge is invaluable. However, it is probably best put into your site in the form of content, not graphic design or website programming. Building a website is very time consuming and requires a great deal of understanding in various programming languages, not to mention graphic design, and user navigation.

Delegate

Just like every aspect of running of your business, your best strength as a business owner is your ability to interview, hire, and delegate tasks to people who are going to be responsible for actually performing the tedious tasks of doing business.  By hiring a web designer and developer, you can work with a subject matter expert who is going to collaborate with you on establishing a website strategy.  A good developer will work closely with you to ensure that you have tactical actions built into your site that align with your strategic marketing objectives.

Make a plan: Hire an expert

Today’s websites do more than just show a potential customer what you do, who you are, and where to find you. Those are the basics. Websites today also tell people what your customers think about you, they inform potential customers about your product through brochure, technical specifications, images, videos, reviews, testimonials, and  potential uses. Successful sites are dynamic and chockfull of useful information. They include how-to videos, resource links, image galleries, blogs, and social network feed channels. They help tie your business closely to existing customers as well as potential new customers.

Frank Sanchez is your resource to make the interviewing and hiring process easy.  Frank has already done the interviewing so all you have to do is the hiring. Call Frank Sanchez today and get on the road to a new effective sales-generating website.

Facilities Services Consultant

1

I know your time is as valuable as mine.  Your search for a service provider you need for your facility begins when you need it.  Too many sales people are dialing for dollars and calling you months or years before your contract renews.  Is that a good use of time for either of you?

I’m an independent consultant with no exclusive agreement with any vendor giving me the ability to provide the best solution based on your needs, not the needs of the vendors.
Don’t know who to call for the service you need performed?  Don’t know enough about the vendors you have to choose from?  Is it worth the few dollars saved to use a bad vendor?  Hate salesmen?  How many times have you renewed a contract with a sub-par vendor to avoid the hassle?

We are all wearing more hats these days, working longer hours with added responsibilities.  You don’t have time to hunt for new vendors, meet with all those sales people and weed through all their proposals.  But you don’t have time to manage complaints about a current vendor that isn’t performing and you shouldn’t tolerate it.

Now you can use someone who has over thirty years working with and for industrial and commercial vendors.  I’m more than a salesman, I’ve performed many of these services at one time in my early career so I recognize a good vendor from a bad one.

I build long term relationships with my clients.  I satisfy your needs by asking the right questions and providing the appropriate solution to address them.

When you need help finding the right solution for your facility service needs, contact me and I’ll put that experience to work for you.
